First-Time Registration
- Enter the Account Number from your water bill.
- Enter the Phone Number linked to your water account.
- Click Search to continue.
No phone number on your account?
Call the
Sudbury Water District at 978-443-6602 to add a phone number. A phone number is required to complete registration.
Username & Password
- Minimum length: 4 characters
- Special characters and capitalization are not required
Automatic Payments (Autopay)
Bank Draft
Pay automatically using your bank routing and account number. No convenience fee applies.
Credit Card
A convenience fee of $2.95 or 3% of the payment amount, whichever is greater, applies to all credit card transactions.
Payment Timing
Automatic payments are processed on the invoice Due Date. If the Due Date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
