Due to the increasing prevalence of phishing attempts and spam filtering, customers who enroll for electronic communication are strongly encouraged to add customerservice@sudburywater.com to their safe senders list. Doing so will help ensure that statements (e-bills), account notifications, and other important communications are delivered successfully to your inbox.
Automatic Payments:
Via Bank Draft (free) or Credit Card (a convenience fee of the greater of $2.95 or 3% applies to all credit card transactions.) Funds are withdrawn on the invoice Due Date. If the Due Date falls on a weekend or holiday, funds will be withdrawn on the following business day.
Pay using your Financial Institution's online bill payer.
Make a One-Time Payment (by credit card only) using QUICK PAY.
